FEMALE LOOKING FOR ROOM TO RENT

I am looking for a room to rent in the downtown/midtown area. I am hoping to move in with people in their 20's. I have a small puppy that will be house-trained by the time I move in and can stay in my room anytime I am away. I am hoping to move in someplace that has a backyard or small area for my puppy to run around in. Parking off the street would also be a definite plus. I am looking to rent for anywhere between $300 and $500.

I have been working for the State of California for the past year, but have recently moved on to a job at BJs Restaurant & Brewery in Natomas. I like to watch movies at home, but I also like to go out with my friends and have a good time. I am open to living with men or women, gay or straight, vegetarian or not. I'm pretty flexible as long you're easy to get along with and respectful.
