Administration / Office Manager

Small Service / Construction Firm located in Sacramento is seeking a detail oriented, quick learning individual for an office admin position.

Some of the daily activities will include bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, data entry, internet research, tracking inventory, filing, sorting, and reception/general office duties. Looking for individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, along with Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet experience.

Excell, Microsoft, Peachtree experience knowledge helpful. Attach resume.

Salary based on experience.
