We are a printing company who is currently experiencing exponential growth. In the last two months we have signed contracts with Staples, the military, the government, and CSU, Sacramento. We are looking to keep this growth swing by opening up our services to new markets that would benefit from our services. Our hopes are to take on several new sales teams who are dedicated and motivated to succeed both as an individual and within our company. We have also have plans currently to start servicing the St. Louis market in the fall and use this location to service the western region successfully. We also have interest in adding several national contracts to the ones that we are currently serving.

Please also include a Resume, a CV or both as well as the position or positions that you would be interested in interviewing for.

reqirement:

If you are hired you will have to go through a 90 day probation period. During this period you will be evaluated in three monthly increments. If you meet all of the sales/management goals (depending on the position applied for) over each of the 30 day periods, you will be hired on our staff. We will also schedule a performance evaluation at that time to review your performance during the probation period and negotiate your pay structure and a contract for the first year. From there on out we will schedule performance evaluations close to the end of your contracts to renegotiate your position and pay with the company.

Compensation:

During the 90 probation compensation will be commission based. After you are hired, compensation packages can include but are not limited to hourly, hourly + commission, salary, salary + commission, as well as medical, dental, and vision insurance options. We are also looking at the options of 401k plans, flexible spending accounts, and several other types of profit sharing and retirement/savings accounts.
