We are one of the few Apartment Communities that offers a Roommate Matching Program. We base our matches on compatibility and then we invite prospects to a social where they can meet each other or to an individual appointment. Unlike on-campus housing, we provide the opportunity for you to meet your potential roommate(s) to make your living situation as comfortable as possible. We offer 1- and 2- bedroom apartments. Our gated community comes with monthly social events, two newly remodeled clubhouses featuring study rooms, sealed off conference rooms, cable and internet access, a 24 hour fitness center, two furnished pools with barbecues, two laundry facilities, and much more. We are conveniently located near campus; we are closer to campus than the Cuarto Dorms!!! Our next Roommate Social is on Saturday May 19th from 1pm-3pm…don’t miss out!!!
